So I've always been able to pretty much eat what I want and maintain an athletic build. Not super cut or anything, not even a 6 pack .... but a flat stomach, bubble butt, defined calves etc mess lolz.
My issue isn't my weight, it's my HEALTH. I look healthy but I'm sure my organs are like :uhh: ok nigga, ur getting kinda OLD. I still like sugar, GREASE, cakes bakes and pies. I love fruit and I drink "enough" water. But I need to change my life before it's too late, kinda thinking about developing habits that are going to help me in the long run.
Honestly I don't want to be eating fkn CARCASSES. Burgers and shit taste great but eww tbh. I'm one of those people that can hear or see something disgusting once and be good on it forever :kii: So I'm contemplating watching one of those food documentaries that expose the nastiness of it all, to gross myself into staying away from certain things. Except everything TASTES so good, another side of me does not want that reality check. dddddd
I literally just hired a nutrionist and personal trainer TODAY.

djdjdj that's one of my options!
And "What The Food" or something like that
i've def seen so many people chat about how those documentaries set them straight
but like you im hesitant to dig in.
right now i'm going completely dairy free for 4-5 days each week
also, very low saturated fat on these days as well. no processed foods.
eliminating dairy automatically pushes a LOT of unhealthy foods out of the way
the goal is to be mindful of health MOST of the time.
and slowly change the definition of what "most" means - instead of 4 to 5 days a week. .. eventually push that to 6. And then maybe 7.
it's keeping my body on its toes. the weight is jumping tf off
and going dairy free for me promotes my mental health as well IMO.
the mental clarity when I eliminate dairy and highly processed foods is just >>>>>
