but I'm confused is this a NEW JL movie ?

It has some new footage.

I hope Falcon and Winter Soldier is good 
they have big shoes to fill coming after Wandavision
and it's probably not nearly as creative

They changed directors, the original director dropped out of the film I think after a loss in his family
