I fucking hate thinking about how they went with Touch as the second single.
Amerie kinda created a lane for herself with the sound of 1 Thing, but Columbia had to follow it up with a Ciara-esque Lil Jon production?!?  And to think they didn't even want to release 1 Thing at first. Rich and Amerie forced it out there by leaking it to radio DJs.
