For those who don't know "cis" or "cisgender" is a term used by the LGBTQ+ community to describe men and women who were born as men and women

Many "cisgender" people (women especially) have pushed back on it saying things like  "I'm a woman not a cisgender woman" and it looks like Elon is backing them up
