That's so great. until we see documentation of Cardi saying she watches all the other girls releases and plans accordingly,from any year, we can confidently conclude that Nicki plans her mess around them, not the other way around. There seemed to be some speculation about the timing of all of these announcements and things, this def provides insight

so no, i can't say that DM 100% confirms for a fact that she knew/knows Cardi's moves in 2023

nor can I say that this proves or disproves that Consuela is following her for sure.
