I like the idea

Jay really embodies everything right about what it means to be a successful rapper from NYC

His story, contributions to music, philanthropy... he deserves it

Kalmyks are Mongolic people that are primarily located in Russia.
There are only 3,000 Kalmyk descendants in America - and less than 200,000 worldwide.
