The industry is a mess. If this is real then they gave her $300k advance but that just means the first $300k from her album sales would go right back to them before she got anything else. I hope her parents and uncle were helping her manage the money right.

I mean Queen had a nice apartment near Central Park, when it was sold it looked dated but I am sure it was luxurious at the time she was living there
