Funky stepped away from making videos on his own channel regularly when he went on fox soul

To me that says there had to be compensation big enough to where he could afford to do that

Cuz soon as the Fox soul gig ended he def came back to his subscribers to give them content on the regular again .

125k after taxes isn't bad at all but I could def see him wanting more - especially considering that Funky loves a Fendi or Prada bag. 250k is  nice but not "weekly shopping spree on Rodeo Drive" nice. or even monthly

instead of renting, look into owning something. its time.

even if there's a credit issue, which would be understandable....instead of buying Fendi bags...take that money and pay off any debts you have that are getting in the way .

it's only a burden if you overspend.

Just cuz the bank says you can get up to X amount doesn't mean you take that full amount and get the most expensive place u can get .

When you buy, you get something that you'd be able to afford even if u hit a rough patch .

And pay the mortgage off as quickly as possible. Getting something affordable will help u do that.

everything I'm recommending is based off of Funky saying how much cash is coming in. And the fendi purses and gucci bags .

A "burden" is something to consider when you're not seemingly ballin out of control, and not carrying a whole mortgage payment on your arm.

But considering all of that ,  I can see Funky over-purchasing just to give a tea. So maybe its best he get his mindset right first before going into things that could really put him in a hole. Like a foreclosure.

I just hope he's being smart with his money while he's actually making a lot of it. But I have a feeling he's not.

the average price of a home similar to what he lives in now actually appears to be 280K in Miami - for a modest condo.

Miami is up there but it's not like "thee" most expensive place to live or buy stuff

He could do it .

I'm not suggesting he go get a 3 bedroom
 House with a picket fence just for himself .

Again it kinda goes back to what makes sense. Which in this case , would be a condo for him.

When all and said and done I'm just hoping he has shit to show for everything he's accomplished .

Doesn't even have to be a home. Other investments . Something. Other than a Prada purse to brag about
