Some people need to either book UberBlack or a private car service altogether

Especially for airport runs. It's just not a regular Uber assignment IMO

Those drivers are usually less experienced and less professional. And way less likely to give you white glove service . Which is to be expected considering what theyre paid .

More about expectations in this scenario. I'd imagine someone who felt they didn't get white glove service they wanted is more likely to leave an unfavorable rating  .

I'd say book according to your expectations. If I'm en route to the airport I want a professional, experienced driver whos gonna def get me there on time .

No asking me for directions , no asking me to put the location in their phones GPS . No getting lost cuz you took the wrong turn.

 Just get me there now.

Those are my expectations so I book accordingly - professional, experienced drivers only. Booking Anything less would be unfair to the person who picks me up.

If my expectation is 10 but I book a service that's gonna give me 7 at best , whose fault is it?
