I'm sorry but I do not understand

for some exercises like on the squat rack I take off my shoes and then I'm doing it wearing just socks... then i put my shoes back on. So maybe im not innocent here, but...

isn't it kinda dangerous to work out barefoot or with socks and in slides/ slippers/ flip flops? To me that's kinda like going to the swimming pool and jumping in with your street clothes. Today i even saw a guy who was wearing slides and one of them was broken, so he literally taped it with this thick grey tape

Call me judgemental, but it ain't cute (unless you're hot, then maybe it can look hot).

I want to drop weights on them so bad. It mostly young people though. That and the people who are barefoot boxing. Just YUCK

its actually more safe than with most regular sports sneakers. Best would be getting those special weightlifting shoes tho.
