Even as Armon read him for filth right on the show, Al kept that fake, cheesy grin on his face .

No issue with letting Armon appear to be the aggressor

Al doesn't seem happy to me and I 100% believe he was intimidated by and jealous of Armon

But armon will learn soon enough that less is more sometimes.
