Yeah.. I mean part of her early weirdness was very short and vague answers to interview questions. I feel like I've heard her site older artists and gospel artists, but not much about Brandy's peers

But I think it's clear that the Brandy influence is there from one way or another

Out of the new girls she's one of the best at harmonies and layering
