id say the writing is grossly underrated

the way it UNFOLDS a story to the part where she realizes she's the one who changed while he simply remained the same

easily one of the best musical experiences ever

when i was younger i kinda took the lyrics literally...like she was talking about a stranger sneaking into her house
but as an adult this shit is amazing once the actual concept hits you

This song had a CHOKE hold on me as a teen even though I discovered it many years after it was released as it wasn't released in the UK.
