Not when those choices HARM other people. People spend money to make celebrities RICH. They get to choose whether they want to give money to someone whose belief HARMS others. It's not very complicated. Your politics give people insight into your morality and what you stand for. People get to choose if they want to align with you or not. EVERYONE has choices. You get to choose your politics and people get to choose whether or not to tell you FUCK off because of your choice.

minding your own views and letting others do the same, agree or disagree.

i can see why people are cautious about pulling out their purse for celeb/artists they feel aren't aligned with them

kinda like GODlli with this whole tour thing

she was literally caught red-handed giving money to Trump-related orgs...someone whom many Black people feel is harmful to their best interests as a community

it's not far fetched to assume GODlli got that money she contributed to Trump from her endeavors as an artist. so it's not unreasonable for someone to assume that they could be handing her money through their support just to she can continue handing it over to someone who they believe is harming people who look like them.

as in, indirectly supporting Trump by way of GODlli

there are people who just love to be fake outraged but there is actual logic in pulling support from people as well. it's not just emotional at that point, it simply makes sense

Being vocal about voting for Trump isn't about "political views". It's not "Red vs Blue". It's about fully supporting a MONSTER and sharing it with your audience. Especially some of these folks who have dedicated followers. NOTHING about this motherfucker and what he repeesents is "Christian values" or whatever she wants to say
