This always felt crazy to me. Cause she would pass on herself 8 months later in an accident.

hindsight right?
i know for sure aaliyah's passing was not in vain tho.
I'm almost certain no artist (especially female ones) travels via plane, car, without fully vetting the situation.

its sad
u almost assume professionals are there for u BECAUSE they are professionals.

like how anyone would put their trust in a doctor, a bus driver, cable guy, etc.
you assume they're there because they BELONG there (with the credentials).

yeah...

I went to Navy boot camp with Aaliyah's first cousin and from what he told me it was no accident!! Her dad's side of the family which he is apart of (His Dad and Aaliyah's dad are brothers) are not here for her mom's side. Her uncle ( Head of Blackground Records)on her mom's side made sure to tell the charter company to skip all preliminary checks and book it bad to the states by any means necessary. He told me so much family business I made sure to get more info every day  :dead: :dead: Her uncle Barry is evil  :plzstop:

They just wanted a cheap plane I guess..
But Aaliyah was already a bit scared of flying so I can imagine she tried to get herself together and ignore the red flags, because it was such a tight schedule
