I think it's Rick. One of Executive Producer said something on Talking Dead last night and the whole theme kept repeating. Especially when he said "It'll be interesting to see how they cope with this lost." He also brought up how this changes the story without giving too much away. Rick dying would definitely be the biggest shocker.

I would lose it!!! It was already enough seeing him so scared and helpless.
