I don't think a small demographic would get you renewed until 2022

at 2022. That really weird in this industry, either fiction, talent show or whatever. Have never read about such a deal. And less when many shows get cancelled after a few seasons/years.

In any case. any ratings that could give me a better idea?

She's been renewed for that long,  that's public knowledge.  This is a talk show that's not uncommon. Oprah did the same thing decades ago.

Yea, that's why her career is on the upswing again and she's got her own show, appearing  on Broadway stages, and performing at award shows n mess lolz. Sonja is out of touch and thstd why she hasnt had a notable client since her damn daughter. 702 tried her and them girls regretted it

To make any kind of real moves nowadays your manager has to be well connected.
Sonja is great, but she needs to just be Brandy's mom at this point.

The only "decline" I remember happening under Sonja was when Full Moon was cut short because Brandy had a baby.  You can't be blaming Sonja for that. Brandy couldn't do as much pregnant, and she probably wanted a little time off right after having a baby.  But it clashed with the timing of the album. So that was that.

And how long did Sonja manage 702 for?  I thought she just managed them during the "Where My Girls At" era.

As a manager is ur job to get things done.  When she found out she was pregnant she shoulda responded a lil bit better in terms of the business.  Just like beyonce was "pregnant" and she shot videos and mess beforehand to try to get the most out of that era as she could.  Brandy gave up on it.  That cd was fresh off the best selling cd of her career, there shouldnt have been two videos. There was more that couldve been done.  Sonja orchestrated that whole fckn lie and even helped her to play it out when she took her ass on oprah and lied about that whole marriage. That lie was also something to come back and haunt her doing Afro when it was exposed that she was lying. That Afro era was a mess as well. Somja managed her during that too. In regards to 702, yes she managed them during their 2nd album. The album that spawned one of the top female group songs ever.  They shouldve been much more successful that era and much more visible. Initially Sonja was good for brandy because she had her best interests at heart.  But Brandy needs a real manager with  real connections.  A good manager has a list of successful careers that they were at the helm of. Sonja has brandy and that's it, speaks volumes

Well since i don't know the behind the scenes and all this other, I'll just go off of what i see. The era wasn't handled the best.  It was coming off the most successful era shes ever had and was abandoned. Sonja is not only her manager but her mother.  No one can tell me she didn't have some kinda influence on how all that bby shit went down.    They built this girl up to be the girl next door and instead of just being honest and saying what's what, they spawned a damn lie that changed the course of her career. If u don't wanna provide info to the contrary then save it.  If they wanted us to know different, they shoulda told us different.
