The group announced their forthcoming sixth studio album, Strange Little Birds then dropped the LP?s first single. In ?Empty,? Garbage will take you down memory lane with their familiar ?90s grunge vibe spinning lead singer Shirley Manson?s iconic vocals over an electric beat and pounding guitar riffs. ??Empty? is just exactly what it says it is. A song about emptiness,? Manson in a press release. Listen to the ?90s nostalgia below:
