My biggest gripe with the Begging and Pleading video is that it didn't entirely capture the essence of the song lyrically. But yea, I prefer the live version too.

I think once you get to a certain age videos are a non factor.

Fantasia has had 3 singles, no videos and her tour was sold out every venue

Jazmine came here with NO new music and her show was sold out.

However, Brandy does music that lends itself so well to creative visuals. I don't wanna lose that.

but she was probably just excited on set, etc.
i can see her being hype with her makeup and stuff done, being her first independent vidya and everything.

something more creative would have been amazing though.

I LOVE the quality of the video but yea the performance was EVERYTHING. she still doesn't get enough credit from the fans on this forum when it
comes to that performance. If her vevo was in order, that performance would have been great to upload to it.

I do think Brandy is a captivating live performer.

However, I do think videos could really benefit her! Prob more so than seeing her live. I think Brandy is an amazing muse for a creative. I just think there has been such a fuss about forcing her into a mainstream lane which will go wrong every time. Her beauty and sound are unique and I don't think directors, stylist, makeup has been aligned properly. There's always one thing off and it's never her performance. It's the visual lacking high art! BRANDY NEEDS HIGH ART (not budget)

She could really do some damage with videos.

I no longer want albums tbqh. I just want singles, videos, and performances.
