Honestly I think people do things like that to make themselves feel better about themselves. She's not a horrible person at all, I don't really think she's mean or would directly harm someone purposely. She's so sweet.

It just all clicked today.

She admitted that when she first saw me in the office she was lowkey rolling her eyes at me  cuz I came in with my "curls bouncing" and she felt she needed to step up her game.  It makes me so uncomfortable when women compare themselves to me. She constantly does it and it makes me feel so weird.

I know it sounds like I'm bragging or something but it's not fun when you really like someone but they're unapologetically and openly envious of you. I find myself constantly having to tell her how beautiful she is. Which I don't mind because it comes from a genuine place. She is a beautiful person.
