QuoteIn 1990, seven young dancers joined pop star Madonna on her most controversial world tour. Wild, talented and barely twenty, the dancers set out on the trip of a lifetime. Their journey was captured in Truth or Dare, one of the highest-grossing documentaries ever. As a self-proclaimed mother to her six gay dancers plus straight Oliver, Madonna used the film to take a stand on gay rights, freedom of expression and the fight against AIDS. Madonna?s flamboyant dancers became icons of sexual freedom, inspiring people all over the world to be who you are.

The Strike a Pose documentary......have you seen this yet? It's been added to Netflix and I watched it last night for the first time. I thought it was......okay. Seemed kinda incomplete without Niki and Donna being part of it. I was shocked to learn that so many of them have HIV  :ummwhat: I was only aware of Gabriel who has since died. Apparently Slam and Carlton have it too. Not sure about Jose and Luis. I still don't believe Oliver is straight  :plzstop: SORRY! But whatever. I did find it touching when he got emotional and cried over Gabriel's death. He's a mess though. I used to hate fags.....love them now!  :plzstop:

Luis is still CUTE btw  :jarvwhereru:

but yea the docu was cute or whatever. Makes me want to rewatch Truth or Dare. I probably will tonight  :woohoo:
