I just recently got hip to the stock market from a few friends and from doing my own research. I have been investing for a few weeks now. I think it's nice knowing that you're spending a little bit of your money investing in your future by owning shares of companies instead of wasting it all by popping bottles at the club every weekend or perching at Popeye's every day.

At least if you purchase the right stocks and hold them long enough you can make a cute coin on interest and gains.
