Brandy is so iconic and doesn't get the respect she deserves from mainstream media. The Hollywood Reporter needs to do an interview with her. It's the second time an actress has mentioned her as an inspiration.

I agree with all of these comments. I really thought she was gonna turn it around after Chicago. There's no reason why she's not acting whether it be tv, film, or stage. She should've started to focus more on acting one the music business started to decline in general.

I'm not buying that "focused on music" thing she's been saying since the HUMAN era. It seems that Brandy makes business decisions based on her mood.

Just about most of the interviews in the last 10 years, she's said she's focusing on music, when asked about acting.
