this rule makes no sense
a purchase is a purchase....

if it's being gifted it's still being bought, so it should count.

This really is a mess, though.

I been seeing the girls "gift" music for years.  I mean, I gifted shit before too.  I honestly don't understand why it wouldn't count for the chart.

I feel like a sale is a sale.
