Came in here ready to read a bit but I'm kind of conflicted.

This cop was being a jackass but I can kind of see why he shot him.

Why'd he put his arm back like he was reaching for something?

His pants looked like they were falling down and he tried to pull them up.

You can't really crawl with your pants around your knees
