I can't get with these spot dates here and there in the same damn cities. How hard is it to put together a cute 20 city tour like every other artist?

Makes no damn sense ... I know she couldn't release new music cause of her legal issues but did it say no touring unless it's here or there as well?  When was brans last REAL tour ?
