This is some of the best acting I've ever seen from Nia Long  :dead:

yummy

It should be a mini series tbh. They could've delved way more into her childhood, why she left the industry, what happened to her sorry ass baby daddy etc;

That continuous shot of her getting pregnant, having her baby and then getting dragged :stressed:

!! that part was one of my faves! I said WAIT! I def agree about a mini-series. Because I still feel like I don't know THAT much about her lol. I wanted them to go into why she lied about having a PHD.

vjfngg what!?  :omgwatshappening:

She was the best thing about the movie! But the movie could have been so much better. As soon as it was over, I was like, "THAT'S IT?!"

Exactly this!!!

I thought the same but realized that was pretty much her entire career.

Yeah but they didn't say rather she wanted more , tried, or just quit? It seemed like she just quit but they could have gone more into the emotions of it.

I will say this gave me hope for biopics, because that other shit they had been doing recently was pathetic. I would love to see a Lil Kim Biopic like this one.

Gilgamesh.

I liked it and I love the girl that played her. Nia was hit and miss for me, she was mean as hell though.
