During one of their ads for a game of ?Would You Rather", users were asked if they preferred to ?Slap Rihanna? or ?Punch Chris Brown.? Since then the ad has been removed, and Snapchat has offered their apologies, stating that the ad was ?in error.? _____________________________________

They released a statement to @bbcnews and said, ?The advert was reviewed and approved in error, as it violates our advertising guidelines. We immediately removed the ad last weekend, once we became aware. We are sorry that this happened.?
