Jay was management

La didn?t even want her and was ready drop her in 05 before SOS.  Jay z signed her to def jam (and was the head of the label then) and jay brown overseas her mess and has from the start.
He?s also head of the music mess at the roc.

Are you saying Roc Nation didn?t have Rita everywhere in the US?
