The way things are looking they may as well cancel the mess.

Gillian Anderson and at least one other cast member quit. One of the directors quit, it's been moved to Amazon Prime and the new release date is 2019.

Gillian left cause the directors quit, the directors quit cause of differences with the production company.

Starz didn't drop it. They just tweeted its coming in 2019. The book is kinda out there so it makes sense to be honest.
