Similar to a few posts in here, I think I just became more comfortable with myself and how others in my community present. When I was younger I used to police certain "gay" behaviors within myself and with others, now I kinda just let people live and I expect the same in return. I definitely agree that it has made my life more enriched. Really wish I had the courage to be who I am when I was younger.
Some things (makeup, voguing, certain vernacular etc.) still aren't for me though but I can appreciate and affirm that in others. I love to see confident people (especially fem ones) just be brave and do them.
I also think evolving has allowed for me to let go of some of those conditioned ways of thinking related to sexual positions, masc vs fem, and which group of gays are more superior based on xyz. Im thankful for that.
