i've heard of candy drives for school, girl scouts cookies, etc. but this is kinda off

maybe it was hot and people needed to stay hydrated so the little girl saw it as a business opportunity..and her mom just wanted to encourage her.

If this was a white girl and a white mom, nobody would question it.

Why not sell water for herself instead of selling cookies for another organization? Get money, black sis!

yeah there are plenty of authorized vendors selling pre-bottled water like poland spring, etc.

i make sure that cap is SHUT tight and the seal isn't broken.

i'm just particular about stuff like that.

they usually begin with some sort of sob speech like, "i could be out there selling drugs but look what im doing instead"...
and it works. if i have cash on me i usually get some candy from them. they're usually younger black boys.

but i never actually eat the candy . i don't know where they got it from...they just have it in a random cardboard box, etc.
they're kids. food safety standards isn't at the top of their priorities list. lol i wouldn't expect it to be.

i think im like this because of my grandmother.
she was always very particular about food safety. especially when it came to random strangers.
so when i see certain things im like "im good"
