The man suspected of shooting two people to death and wounding 11 others at a Madden 19 video game tournament at The Landing in downtown Jacksonville is a Baltimore, Md. resident.

He was identified by the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office as 24-year-old David Katz.

Jacksonville Sheriff Mike Williams said Katz was a lone shooter with a handgun who opened fire on tournament participants inside the Chicago Pizza restaurant at just after 1:30 p.m. Sunday.
