Why should I take out of my day to do something for a company to even be CONSIDERED for an interview? These folks really be wanting you to jump through hoops and shit while they invest absolutely NADA.

And I don't think this is some basic personality test.

The HR specialist said it was a timed 1 hour and 30 minnute computerized test.

I'm sitting here like why did I agree to do this shit?

It's so damn annoying. All these tests and assessments and shit. I honestly lose interest whenever I see overly complicated mess.

Those tests are so fucking annoying. I work for United Airlines AND I'm black so you know they were really going to put me through it. Try to save your test results though for whatever assessments you pass, then submit them to your next interview if this job doesn't work out. Most recruiters will accept that.
