We had group lunch today at work, Jamican, and nobody like plantains.

Let me tell you how to fry them. It's very similar to the see error era but you have to make sure the grease is hot enough. You don't want to have your temperature on 19.9 for starting up. Atlease have it on 70 or 80. You dont want to burn it.
