Now I really do think SP has something to do with our souls crossing being "reality" and the astral plane.
When we awake abruptly our bodies are "here" but our souls are still catching up
My Grandad said this the other day :ohwow:

Yes I think our dreams are also connected to some source. It is a combination of spiritual messages (sometimes symbolism) and processing everyday life.
I had some crazy lucid dreaming yesterday and it is like I am getting better at it everytime. I think it is because I ask myself ?is this real or a dream?? when I am in a dream and I am getting faster at knowing the difference. I always feel a desire to fly and I notice I really create my reality with my own thoughts; I can?t do what I want if I have doubts/fear/insecurities. Sometimes I do feel my own body being stuck (I experience it as pain or discomfort)..it is like the physical body is stuck in my bed and my mind has a body that can travel around.

The connection between lucid dreaming and death is nothing new: over a thousand years ago, Tibetan Buddhists developed an entire science around how to wake up in dreams to prepare for death, believing that if lucid dreaming was developed enough, people could remain conscious at the moment of death and maintain awareness right through the transitional processes beyond death and into the next life.

These lucid dreams teach me how to die.

First I was afraid of hurting myself because I thought my body might jump from a building in real life..but now that I read more about Lucid Dreaming I feel more safe and I think it is worth it to practice.
Cocaine80?s/Fauntleroy wrote a song called Lucid that?s so dope and fascinating to me. He tells a great story in it but anyway, this post >>>

Omg i wanna read more about this

I just picked up a book from the library to learn more..the first step is questioning if something is reality or not (you can practice this when you are awake) and also waking up after six hours of sleep and falling asleep again after fifteen minutes being awake. You will enter rem-sleep (it makes sense because I have the craziest dreams after waking up and falling asleep again). People use lucid dreaming for creative inspiration, problem solving, dealing with nightmares/fears of for example death, healing or adventure.

The Egyptians were also very into this dream state. They even had special dream temples where people would sleep and the dreams would be analyzed. The Egyptian word for dream ?rswt? actually means awake (open eye symbol). If you look at the Greek mythology and the Bible dreams were really important..however, a lot Christian people started to believe dreams were signs from the devil because you can do anything in your dreams (sin). Of course some scientists believe it is just the brain doing crazy stuff (same discussion as near death experiences) I guess most of us lost the connection to dreams.
