It was surprisingly cute...



My only complaints:

- Princess Jasmine's solo songs were so random, corny, n forced... Girl powuh! Won't be mute!

- I really wanted to see Jafar MESS for a bit at the end. But I'm really shocked by how much I used the actor they chose for him.

- Genie's comedic moments were corny as fuck... watching the film, I felt like there were so many moments they could've thrown in modern pop culture references for great humor. They should've had Migos or Lil Nigga remix Prince Ali of Ababwa. And bopped DOWN. This could've been iconic....

I hate musicals but it wasn't a lot. The movie started out slow but will smith wake everyone up. I enjoyed it.

They should've cooned this movie the fuck OUT, for the comedic relief. That would've made it genuinely funny. Random rapper/celebrity cameos n mess. Like that one scene when Genie had that random nigger standing on that cliff and he was like "aye man. Can you let me down???"  The only time the audience laughed.
