The UK doesn't mess with their meat, dairy or fruit the way we do WAY more healthy

We made the switch from beef to goat in our household
More protein and less carbs and fat
We don't even touch pork, my dad is a Muslim so always side eyes pork from when we were young
Lamb is either too dry or greasy for me
