I think Brandy.. in her mind..has retired..kinda..but just wants to make music for us every orange moon.  that's the only logical explanation I can think of.  She seems to have this nonchalant attitude like .."I'll release it when I feel like it or whenever it happens it happens " and that's not indicative of an artist hungry for success and relevance, and who is conscience of how competitive the industry is, even, or perhaps especially, for veterans in the game.
