Being gay is extremely beneficial for a lot of artists these days. That's the ones being thrown Grammys and shit.

And there were a number of gay artists that came wayy before those people. Freddie Mercury, Melissa Etheridge, etc. And Freddie Mercury>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Sam Smith vocally and artistically. Know that.

I never said there weren't others
but you do realize all those people you named hid their true sexuality until later in their careers because at that time
it was verrrrry taboo to be out and gay

artists of today, like the ones I named came straight out the gay and said "I'm here and I'm gay"
I love the fact that moreso they ant hiding anymore like many others before them have
they're saying Im gay and I don't give a fuck about what you think. I appreciate that because as hush hush as it still is
especially in this industry where being gay could seemly hurt you, they're brave enough to say from jump "I'm GAY"
