On track 10 (Use this Gospel) you can hear some background voices around 2:04, 2:08, 2:12... that sound very similar to Queen Brandy. The track is co-produced by Timbaland.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was her... it wouldn't be the first time she has ghost uncredited vocals on someone's album (see frank ocean - nature feels for ex.)... and she's always recording so I'm sure she has a plethora of Timbaland produced demos. Kanye is big on sampling and chopping as well so it makes sense.

I've been wondering since the album release. Those background voices sound soooooooo like her, and as @DrewBabyLove said, the track being produced by Timbaland is what made me think that maybe I wasn't crazy and it was her lol
