I always quit my jobs that tried to treat me like a child

If we can't have a conversation about where I need to improve and you feel like you need to write me up

I'll just not show up the next day

So no never been written up. I think it's the dumbest thing ever. If I need to write someone up I'd just rather fire them.

That's one thing I like about FL too.  You can fire someone at any time (although it's good to have a paper trail)

But I'm black and gay, so it'd be hard to convince people I discriminate lolz

GA is a fire at will state too
