Charlamagne really thinks Monica's catalog is better than Brandy's huh smh 

I don't trust his judgement on music plus I think he's just scared of Monica

He's talking about singles. I doubt he knows their albums like that

Ebro is someone that knows music and would drag him (and has lolz) but i don't have a problem with someone saying Monica has the stronger singles

This post may shock some people, but yeah. She's released some VERY strong ones

Her first album maybe ...but Brandy never really had the chance to release more than 2 singles after NSN...

She had the chance she decided not too.

She did release three singles from FM but it was a bad single choice. When she had the fans vote they voted for "I Thought" but her stupid ass decided to pick "He Is" which was a bad choice for a third single. She already had Syrai all she had to do was shoot the damn video. She appeared at the VMAs full Boobs and all. 🤦🏽‍♂️

She chose "He Is" over "I Thought" ?!


He Is could've been a 4th single. Not no 3rd and not over I Thought

YES. She chose "He Is" over "I Thought" I was so pissed about that. When "Who Is She 2 U" came out the radio was playing that Usher Version she could've capitalized off of that and especially with Benny being her manager at the time he got her opening up on that Kayne/Usher tour too. Brandy has hindered her career so many times.

I think Brandy would have the edge when comparing their earlier work - for example don't think you can get a more quintessentially 90s song than IWBD 🤷🏾‍♂️ But getting into their post-2000 catalogue Mo's singles have been more impactful.
