is it too sweet? i heard its WAY too sweet

My fam probably makes it better so i have no desire to even try it. especially right outta that damn BOX

It's too light. I don't like my sweet potato pie too light. It's too soft, barely had any flavor and just ew

But yea Patti admitted they didn't even have enough potatoes to make a bunch of new ones to meet the sudden demand for em. I'm sure they're trash now

i still haven't tasted it.  it did come to mind a few times during my last few walmart trips, but i decided to wait a little longer for public opinion after thanksgiving. sweet potato pie just seems to be one of those things you're supposed to make,  not buy at the store. nnnnnnn i mean,  i wouldn't mind biting into an apple pie from mcdonalds, but if they started selling sweet potato pie, i would have to give a side eye mess owt  maybe they also cheapened the ingredients to meet the demand.
