I think darkskinned Indians are even more beautiful. Even Chilli who's only partially Indian has beautiful facial features but that deep toffee complexion cultivates it. It wouldn't hit the same if she was pale. Even with two lighterskinned groupmates she was easily considered the prettiest one in TLC.

It's weird because with the South Asians, it's the Sri Lankan's and Nepalese are typically the darker ones but they don't to care for bleaching, it's the Indians who are traditionally lighter than them al but still are obsessed with looking European

I agree with Marilyn  that GODlli's beauty wouldn't hit the same if she was light. At least not for me.

It's something about the combination of everything she has going on with her beautiful skin that is absolutely stunning and relatively unique .

Obviously there's beauty in all skin tones, and no skin tone is "better" than another, but I probably wouldn't be as obsessed with kwee if she didn't have that skin.

GODlli gets on my nerves sometimes though cuz she's quick to throw on Indian clothing and dance around with them to honor heritage from her Indian great great grandmother ... but you have to squeeze a "BLM" mess out of her. Like... dance with the Blacks just like you dance with the curries.

I'm all for honoring your roots obviously but she's living comfortably today cuz of Black support and culture. Don't forget that.
