I'm not saying she's Chris Brown but Brandy is a great dancer, she has a habit of making herself look amateur whenever she's doing things with other people. In this case, it's likely to not out-dance her daughter

Could also be her shyness that comes on at certain times

and causes her to hold back instead of relaxing. That can easily make someone look stiff
