Is this something you had to learn how to do? Or are still learning how to do?

I know it's super easy for some but I've really had to make a conscious effort to PAUSE sometimes and put it into practice

Sometimes it's a lot about energy . When you're known as the person with a lot of great energy people want to PULL from it when they need it for themselves (not in a bad way ).

And other things too. Just realizing that you don't always HAVE to be the "hero" in every situation you hear about or every sob story you come across . Sometimes it's just ok to pat soemone on the back and not attempt to FIX absolutely everything.

It's not the easiest thing to do when ur super empathetic naturally but I'm learning
