I loathe Xtinct but this is a smart move. The reggaeton market is pretty solid right now (Wasn't that much when Despacito hit America) and did wonders for people like Selena Gomez or even J Lo, who flops otherwise. Same with Christina here, hell her biggesy latin hit is her most watched vidya on Youtube Hdhd

She's releasing both an English and Spanish album. Her hispanic fans been asking her for a follow up for a long time, so I think she's just finally doing that. At this point in her career, she shouldnt be concerned about hits anymore. Those days are gone for her.
