Trinidads KFC Chain posted the image on social media to celebrate the Caribbean nation's Emancipation Day which commemorates the end of slavery in the colonies of the British Empire.

While many considered the image to graphically racist as it depicts the "Black Power" fist as a silhouette to a Chicken Drumstick, others thought Trinidadian humor would see the lighter side of it and not take offense.
