I think it's the other way around. There have been a lot of plea deals. Jen Shah is Tier 1 in the organization, one of the leaders in this fraud so a big target. I think a lot of people already gave their information and snitched on people who were not yet convicted. I think the feds took their time to collect enough evidence to convict Jen Shah. Maybe even by arresting the small fish first and make them take plea deals.

Stuart could have snitched on Jen Shah to avoid a big jail sentence. It would make sense: She is one of the last people (or the last one) on the list. (Snitching on people who are already convicted is not going to help I believe.) Jen Shah can't really snitch on Stuart anymore, she's too late.

I have seen some interviews with family but not yet a real investigation. This needs a documentary. I'm sure she will get her karma in the upcoming years.
